NOTICE OF CONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY – TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FRAMEWORK MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT

Solicitation No. 476721-0103

Parsons, as the Main Construction Manager (MCM) for the Giant Mine Remediation Project (GMRP) and acting as both the Mine Manager and Prime Contractor, is soliciting a tender for Transportation Services Framework Master Services Agreement (MSA) for the Giant Mine, Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. An MSA is not a contract but is an offer from a potential supplier to provide goods and/or services at pre-arranged prices, under set terms and conditions, when and if required. It is not a contract until Parsons issues a Call Up Agreement to the MSA list of approved subcontractors. This MSA includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Providing tour bus services, shuttle services to/from the Yellowknife airport to hotels and to the Giant Mine site, courier services, watercraft, and helicopter services to meet the requirements of the Giant Mine operations.

The Virtual Optional Pre-bid Conference for this solicitation will be held April 25, 2024. Bidders must register via email to Procurement.GMRP.Parsons@parsons.com no later than April 22, 2024 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.

Work is anticipated to start in June 2024.
