In support of the Giant Mine Remediation Project's socio-economic goals, Parsons will complete periodic labour capacity studies, establish an office in Yellowknife, and engage with local groups on all upcoming work. In addition, Parsons, as the MCM, will structure work packages (size, duration, and complexity) in a manner that allows Indigenous, Northern, and local groups to participate in the project.

The work will include, but is not limited to, surface water and groundwater monitoring and evaluation of results against applicable criteria in support of on-going Care & Maintenance activities, Risk Mitigation Projects and Overall Remediation of the Giant Mine Site.
